APPF Virtual Training Series – Session One
Pretrial Law, Bail & Bond Statutes, and Their Impact on Defendant Release

The Association of Pretrial Professionals of Florida (APPF) is excited to announce the first session of our upcoming two-part virtual training series, presented by Attorney Christine S. Brown of the Florida Bar!

Session One will provide an in-depth overview of:

  • Florida pretrial law
  • Bail and bond statutes
  • Key legal impacts on defendant release decisions

This interactive session will include live polling, opportunities for member engagement, and a brief Q&A at the end. A recording will be available exclusively to APPF members through our secure website login for a limited time after the event.

Zoom access links will be sent prior to the event to registered members.

Virtual Training Sponsorship

The training event must be created by the corporation and approved by a 2/3 vote of the APPF Board of Directors.  Virtual training events will be promoted by the Association to its members.  The training event shall not exceed one (1) hour and shall not be utilized by the corporation solely to further their corporate products or services.
