The Association of Pretrial Professionals of Florida (APPF) is pleased to announce Session Two of our virtual training series, presented by Christine Brown Shiver of the Florida Bar.

Session Two will explore key aspects of the pretrial phase including:
- Expectations for defendants as they enter the pretrial process
- Primary stakeholder roles and responsibilities throughout the pretrial phase
- Overview of diversion, plea negotiations, and litigation pathways that influence outcomes
This interactive session will include live polling, opportunities for member engagement, and a brief Q&A at the end. A recording will be available exclusively to APPF members through our secure website login for a limited time after the event.
