Annual Evaluation of Florida’s Pretrial Release Programs

Chapter 2008-224, Laws of Florida (Citizens’ Right to Know Act), requires the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability (OPPAGA) to annually evaluate Florida’s pretrial release programs and their compliance with the law.
